The Ibar river in its lower course between Usce and all the way to the old town Maglic from XIII century represents an ideal terrain for extreme kayaking. For many years this destination has maintained the official national and international competitions in kayak on wild waters, which confirms its suitability for this type of adventure. The level of wild water is between 2-3 degrees, which provides an unforgettable adrenaline experience.

The Program:

Start of kayaking is in Usce, where all equipment is prepared, we put on our suits and divide in groups of 2 for each kayak, next thing is a short introduction course and we move into a real adventure. On the way through the famous "Valley of lilac" waves are waiting for us, large stone massifs, sharp curves and underwater rocks that make a real extremity testing ground. In several places we make a break for swimming and lunch, but as soon as we refresh ourselves, we continue with river rodeo in professional kayaks for wild rivers. Finish of Ibar kayak adventure is at the medieval town Maglic, onto which, if desired, we climb and go back several centuries ago. During this time, the equipment is packed and we are ready for dinner and returning home.

***INFO*** At the finish of the Ibar kayak tour, the old town Maglic, there is a kayak camp with a capacity of about 40 beds, with kitchen, bathroom and auxiliary equipment ... prices are more than reasonable, and 100m further is the restaurant "Jerinin grad" with local cuisine. Closeness to the monasteries Studenica and Zica gives us the opportunity to visit them and an additional hiking tour can be made on the surrounding peaks.
